PlanFlow / Local / development engineering note
Plan the week.
Keep execution in view.
A development planning system connecting tasks, goals, habits, routines, and focus with an offline-first mobile companion.
The product problem.
Weekly trade-offs and daily review are the central workflow. Scheduling context, recurrence, blockers, and resources are kept next to the work they affect so planning can support real execution decisions.
The implementation boundary.
The web app uses React and Vite; the Expo companion supports offline-first capture. Auth and CRUD/RPC use a shared development backend contract. Optional sync behaviour is documented separately so the mobile experience does not imply that every deployment has the same streaming capabilities.
Current status.
The assistant interface is currently parked and read-only. Web deployments and mobile release submissions are guarded; the public hostname opens to sign-in and is not presented as a portfolio demo. This note describes implemented planning boundaries without promising an active AI assistant.
